I first saw Zounds play in Letchworth, Herts a good few years ago now, can't remember the venue, when or who supported but as ever they blew me away, if anyone can help my memory with the gig mentioned please leave a comment.

It was the Leys Youth Club in Letchworth I think the support bands were The Astronauts, and The Solution, sometime in 1980. I was there, small world.

ReplyDeleteFirst heard these guys in 1981 while listening to Rodney On The ROQ here in the states. Was hooked ever since as everything they ever did was great. Thank you for posting this great sounding gig. Steve Lake is awesome.
